Anthropology of Art UM: Happiness in students' vision

BRAINSTORMING RESULTS OF THE PRESENTATION

Each student was requested to identify a personal symbol of happiness.

During the discussion, I encouraged also the reflection on how how to convert the abstract idea into a visual representation through photography.

To facilitate the interpretation of each student's ideas, I will group similar or identical concepts of happiness.


LOVE 
TONY: Being single. Represents freedom.
ECHO: Being single and free.
DORRIS: Being in Love. Friends and family.
TIM: Family. Hugging.
CONNIE: Marriage with Love.
EVIE: The birth of babies.
TRISTA: Kids
VICKIE: Smile. Hugging.

CRAZY: Money
ECKIE: Money can be empty. Love is more important.
